Pacodeasis is a pet lifestyle brand dedicated to helping pet parents care for their furry companions with love, style, and convenience. From food and medicine to fashion and accessories, they offer everything pets need under one roof — both online and in-store.
When they approached Kresca, they had a clear mission but no brand. We partnered with them to create a cohesive experience across digital and physical platforms.

Branding & Visual Identity
We created a playful yet professional brand identity to reflect both care and credibility. The logo, color palette, and tone of voice strike a balance between warmth (for pet lovers) and trust (for product quality and care).E-commerce Website (Shopify)
We designed and developed a fast, mobile-first Shopify store structured around intuitive product categories: food, medicine, clothing, accessories, hygiene and care. Custom filters and smart search features helped boost user experience.In-Store Design & Signage
We translated the visual identity into the physical space, designing a pet-friendly, inviting store layout with branded signage, shelf labels, and merchandising strategies that match the online experience.Digital Marketing (SEO + PPC + Social Media)
SEO: We optimized product pages, added schema for local visibility, and targeted long-tail keywords like “ropa para perros Costa Rica” and “comida para gatos a domicilio.”
PPC: Google Shopping + Meta Ads campaigns targeting pet owners by breed, interests, and location.
Social Media: Pet photo contests, owner tips, and new product spotlights helped build an engaged community.

- Omnichannel Integration: QR codes in-store to drive app downloads and online orders; same-day delivery highlighted across channels.
Emotional Branding: Messaging focused on the emotional bond between pets and owners (“Ellos no piden nada. Merecen todo.”) to drive loyalty and shareability.
Retention Tactics: We helped implement reward programs, SMS reminders for recurring purchases (e.g., flea meds), and seasonal promos.
